hehe i think this song sung by su hui lun is nice..though it's neither sad nor happy. Just this soft, soothing tune and peaceful mood. haha i think perhaps I am am being biased..cox i really like the singer!! haha so everything she sings is nice la!!

hmm... haha i wanna talk abt the "let's work out" competition i have participated. Omans it's e first time i actually moved my clumsy limbs and arms to the music!
haha, but it does not mean thet my limbs have become more flexible after e competition! I kinda forced the steps out.. hmm, that day, we were very impressed by the huge crowds of people (mostly aunties) gathering early in the morning to DO EXERCISE together.. we were like "OMG! If i were them, i will lie in my bed and sleeeppp"
Yea, after ten, when the FREE GOODIES BAGS are given out, almost half or more than that of the people LEFT! ahahaa??? what does it mean??? They only came here for goodies bags!!! they din't even want to see our performance!!! I don't noe what to say, cox i opened my bag and there is only like 1 bottle of mineral water, three sweets and aa small bottle of sunflower oil???

hahaha but i also show off my kiasu ability by taking six packs of milo home .since ah, it's free for everyone to drink, then u shouldn't waste it right? With this mindset, I bring home and share with my family =.=

hmm..the competition is smooth- going! N i discover i love my health n fitness friends! =) haha, all these days of practising together has made us closer! i think they are sweet
